For each document, count only the lines above 10, then add them together. For example, a 5-line and a 15-line document have 5 additional lines in total; their average of 10 would miss the charge.

All prices exclude VAT. Additional lines are charged on actual documents and never reduce a monthly minimum.
No monthly volume commitment. Use your prepaid balance for completed, chargeable documents. The minimum top-up is €25.00.
You choose and accept a commitment in the app. It starts next full calendar month, using Europe/Nicosia time. Changes and cancellation apply to the next month. Unused volume does not carry over; extra documents use the same base rate.
The minimum is due even if you use fewer documents. The one-time free allowance does not reduce it. Prepaid commitments require enough balance to cover the base minimum; renewal does not charge your card automatically.
A COMPLETED OUTCOME, CHARGED ONCE
Reviews, re-runs and re-validations of the same document do not create another charge.
A completed “not applicable” outcome, for example on a cash receipt or delivery note, is chargeable.
Unsupported format or over the size limit. The file never becomes a document.

BALANCE & BILLING
Pay in advance
You add funds before you upload — by card, SEPA Direct Debit, or bank transfer. Minimum top-up €25.00. The unused balance expires twelve months after your most recent top-up. Monthly invoice in arrears only where we agree in writing.
VAT
A valid VAT number that we verify — you account for VAT. No valid number, or verification unavailable: Cyprus VAT is added.
