FROM FILE TO RESULT
Automation moves the work forward. Uncertainty gets attention before it becomes part of your result.
Upload PDFs, scans or photos individually or together in a ZIP. Keep the original connected to the extracted result.
Extract parties, dates, invoice lines and totals. Check amounts and tax data, with review when the evidence needs attention.
You or our reviewers can clarify ambiguous data. Review is included in the service. Additional users are added by us at your request.
Check the result against the selected standard. Download the available output files with a report of the level actually reached.

BUSINESSES
Process incoming invoices or turn the PDFs you issue into structured files. Handle growing volumes while keeping your existing accounting systems.
THE FILE. THE STANDARD. THE EVIDENCE.
UBL XML is the electronic invoice. The validation report tells you which standard it reached and which rules need attention.
The XML is checked against its schema and EN 16931 business rules. This is the base level for structured accounting imports.
Additional rules require additional information, including electronic addresses and a buyer or order reference. Reaching this level depends on the available data and is not guaranteed.
Choose the target for your organisation. Each document keeps the setting in force at upload; changes apply to new files. File generation and validation do not include delivery through Peppol or national networks.

Data for import and further processing.
The file behind the extracted information.
Exports other than the validation report require at least EN 16931 core. Documents outside the standard’s scope, such as cash receipts or delivery notes, receive a “not applicable” outcome. This is a completed, chargeable result.

USING THE RESULT
We produce files and data. Sending the electronic invoice through Peppol, eAddress, or VID is yours.
The service is not an archive. Statutory retention of source documents remains yours.
On incoming invoices, the extracted data and the XML are a derived representation. The authoritative version is the source file. On invoices you issue, you are the issuer: the XML must agree with the source. A discrepancy is your tax risk.
Extraction can produce errors. You must verify the result before relying on it — in accounting, tax, payment, or onward sending.
The Terms of Service set out the full scope and responsibilities.
We'll email you when accounts open. Pay as you go available.
